Your move, planned together.

A successful move needs more than a launch date. Agree what to bring across, who needs to be involved, and how you’ll know the platform is ready. Here’s what we work through together.

Before you shortlist

Agree what good looks like.

A product demo is the starting point. Use these four areas to shape an evaluation around your operation and the evidence your team needs.

This is an assessment agenda. Evidence, validation work, and service commitments need to be confirmed for your proposed deployment.

Plan an evaluation →
  1. Fit and operating scale

Confirm your products, markets, accounting boundaries, and connections to existing systems. Compare expected volumes and peak workloads, and identify a relevant customer reference or validation scenario.

    Explore the platform →
  2. Security and resilience

Set out the evidence your risk team needs: architecture, authentication, audit records, recovery targets and test results, incident handling, and data-processing arrangements. Agree what must be reviewed before a decision.

Review security and service operations →
  3. Delivery and commercial scope

Define implementation effort, migration, integrations, training, and acceptance criteria. Separate recurring platform and support charges from project work and third-party costs, and agree responsibilities for upgrades and changes.

  4. Continuity and exit

Review the supplier, delivery team, and support responsibilities. Agree how your data can be exported, what transition assistance would involve, and the responsibilities and costs if the service ends.

Preparing for your move

What happens before you go live.

This is a planning framework. The scope, sequence, timing, and responsibilities are agreed for your project.

  1. 01

    Define the scope

    What you bring

Your products, current processes, systems, and priorities.

    What we agree together

What the first release includes, who owns each decision, and what success looks like.

    Ready to move on when

Scope, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are agreed.

  2. 02

    Prepare and validate the data

    What you bring

Representative records, account balances, schedules, and available source exports.

    What we agree together

Data mapping, trial migrations, reconciliation checks, and how exceptions are resolved.

    Ready to move on when

The agreed data checks have been completed and reviewed.

  3. 03

    Rehearse the daily work

    What you bring

The people who will use the platform and examples of real business scenarios.

    What we agree together

Product settings, access, documents, integrations, user acceptance testing, and application startup and scaling checks against agreed peak workloads.

    Ready to move on when

Your team has reviewed the business scenarios and the results of the agreed startup and capacity checks.

  4. 04

    Agree the launch

    What you bring

Your operational calendar, key contacts, and cutover constraints.

    What we agree together

Go/no-go criteria, contingency arrangements, support responsibilities, and a controlled handover and traffic switch, with controls allowing only one hosting site to record business changes at a time.

    Ready to move on when

The launch checklist and post-launch checks are agreed by the responsible people.
