Agentic banking. Your team in control.

Bring AI into everyday banking. Connect agents to create customer records, prepare loan and deposit applications, and generate documents — with access governed by your team’s permissions.

Connected AI agents work across customer records, loan and deposit applications, and documents, with your team in control.

A closer look

Practical help across your workflow.

Start with the customer

Let an authorised agent create customer records and prepare information for the next step in your banking process.

Move applications forward

Create loan and deposit applications through connected agents. Bring customer information and product details together so your team can focus on reviewing the application.

Generate the documents you need

Turn application information into documents using your configured templates. Help your team prepare consistent paperwork without repeating the same manual steps.

Connect the steps of your process

Bring customer records, applications, documents, and follow-up work into a connected workflow. Use agents to help configure the products and actions behind it.

Work with compatible AI tools

Finsaku supports connections through MCP, a standard for connecting AI tools to business systems. Sign in with a Finsaku account and grant the permissions needed for the task.

Keep your team in control

Give agents access to the tasks they need. Your team sets the permissions, reviews the work, and remains responsible for banking decisions.

A controlled workflow in practice

Prepare a product. Keep activation with your team.

An example for a product team introducing a new loan product:

  1. Set the access. Use a Finsaku user with the required read and draft-creation permissions, without product activation rights. Check every group: permissions are cumulative.
  2. Review the proposal. Ask the agent to compare existing settings with your approved product specification. Review the proposed changes before authorising creation in a test environment.
  3. Check the result. Open the saved draft and its history. Test the product settings before a separately authorised colleague activates the version.

Define access and review responsibilities.

The server enforces the signed-in user’s permissions. Set human review and approval points in the agent client and your operating procedure, with named colleagues responsible for consequential changes.

Choose where data goes.

The in-app assistant uses OpenAI for prompts, conversation context, and supplied tool results. External agents use their chosen client and model. Review their terms and data flows before sharing customer information.

AI is optional.

Your team can use the workspace without AI. Assistant access is permission-controlled and the assistant can be disabled at deployment level. External MCP access is separate; agree both boundaries with the service operator.
